I honestly have the BEST job EVER!

Nothing excites me more than having a client leave my office feeling so much lighter, more confident and excited about how their life has changed after their session with me!

I specialise in helping people to release their most challenging traumas and icky "stuff" as well as taking control of their limiting beliefs so that they can go on to live their most amazing beautiful lives.

After too many years spent in management and project positions in city local government, I finally reconnected to my passion of helping people. From an early age I found myself being the one to counsel other kids through getting their first bra, periods, etc and I even found myself helping kids who had not nice home lives.

And that was before I got to high school!

As I result I learned that I am naturally empathetic, intuitive, non-judgemental and have the ability to quickly identify the problem so that I can hold space for people to achieve the positive changes they need.

I am also a naturally enthusiastic motivator.

I am so blessed to have trained with the amazing Delores Cannon's completing her Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique training and absolutely love providing my clients with life-changing experiences with this advanced past life hypnosis technique.

I have had the pleasure of learning clinical hypnotherapy, NLP, Life Coaching, EFT and much more with the world-acclaimed modern psychologist and world-renowned mentalist, Alistair Horscroft at The Mind Academy – without doubt the home of the most current and influential modern psychology.

I am also passionate about creating communities and use the skills gained in the corporate world to create a range of opportunities for people to come together to learn, support and heal including programs, workshops, weekly groups and retreats. Be sure to check out what I have on offer!
