What is Clinical Hypnotherapy?
Clinical hypnotherapy is a gentle, evidence-based approach that guides you into a deeply relaxed theta brainwave trance state — not sleep, not unconsciousness, but a beautifully calm and focused state where your subconscious mind becomes open and receptive to change.
In this state we can work directly with the patterns, beliefs and underlining programs that have been running on autopilot — often since childhood — and begin to shift them at the source.
This is not about reliving your trauma. It's about understanding it, releasing it and finally moving through it.

What to Expect in a Session
From the moment you arrive — or log on from the comfort of your own home — my intention is to make you feel completely safe and at ease.
We begin by getting to know each other. I take the time to understand how you think, what you need and what your goals are — because every session is personalised to you. I'll also make sure you completely understand what the hypnotic trance state feels like and what to expect, so there are no surprises.
When you're ready, I'll invite you to recline in my cosy electric recliner — lights dimmed, door closed, wrapped in warmth. A true cocoon of safety. For online sessions, you can create that same sacred space in your own home.
Using a blend of clinical hypnotherapy and NLP, we work gently and directly with your subconscious mind — the part of you that holds the pattern, not just the memory.
Most clients experience significant shifts in just 2-6 sessions — not months or years.
How Much Does it Cost?
Individual Clinical Hypnotherapy sessions are $200 per session.
