I am a huge believer in the power of being part of a group sharing experiences. Groups provide so many benefits and opportunities for connection, for personal growth, better mental and physical wellness and emotional support.

As a result, I am offering a wide range of group programs, workshops and support groups – something for everyone!

I take pride in creating groups that are very inviting, friendly and focus on creating an inclusive and supportive environment.

I understand just how daunting it is to walk into a new group for the first time – but I promise that I will make you feel comfortable and included!

Weekly Walk n' Talk

Group Therapy at the Beach!

These 60 – 90 minute sessions take therapy out into nature. Shoes off, casual and relaxed, walking and talking things through.

The intention is to create a warm and supportive group that helps people connect and build resilience in a changing and challenging world whilst getting out to exercise and connect with others.

Monday 8am - 9am at Pippies Beach, Yamba. Bookings are essential!

Monthly Neurographic Art Group

Creatively reprogramming your subconscious mind!

Neurographic Art is a form of art therapy that can be used to empower, release or even manifest as it connects you to your subconscious mind. These weekly 90 minute sessions give you the opportunity to invest time in yourselves and connect with others.

Each month we will set an intention (such as manifesting a personal goal, world peace, or healing something bugging us) and complete a neurographic art piece that aligns with that intention.

All art supplies provided. Tea/coffee and light refreshments will be available.

Bookings are essential. We can accommodate up to 18 people.

Fortnightly Meditation Group

Connect with Like-minded people

The intention of this group is to provide a warm and welcoming community of people interested in consciousness and metaphysical concepts that comes together to learn, to support and to heal.

 

Each fortnight we focus on a different topic that is of interest to this community. After a discussion sharing knowledge about the chosen topic, you will be guided in a meditation channelled by Danielle to connect to your own inner wisdom, gaining insights and understanding around your own experiences with this topic.

Monthly Group Hypnotherapy for Anxiety

A monthly small‑group hypnotherapy session designed to gently soothe anxiety and support deep nervous system regulation. With only six participants, each in their own luxury recliner, you’ll experience a calming, pressure‑free environment where guided hypnosis helps release tension and re-pattern anxious thought loops.

 

Hypnotherapy is highly effective for reducing anxiety because it works directly with the subconscious mind — the place where worry, overwhelm, and automatic stress responses are stored.

 

An accessible, lower‑cost alternative to private sessions, created to help you feel grounded, centred, and supported.

Monthly Group Hypnotherapy for Quit Smoking

A monthly small‑group hypnotherapy session designed to help you quit smoking by targeting the subconscious patterns that keep the habit alive.

 

With only six participants, luxury recliners, and a supportive environment, you’ll experience a powerful hypnotherapy process proven to help people become smoke‑free.

 

An accessible, lower‑cost alternative to private sessions.
